Our Pricing
Book a half day or a full day and our handyman works through your list. A full day gives you eight hours at a better rate — the longer we’re there, the more gets done.
A half day is four hours on site at $90 per hour. If your list runs past four hours the booking becomes a full day at $640 — a better rate, and you get the whole day, not just the extra time. We’ll tell you before we pass the four-hour mark. Prices are for business hours, Monday to Friday.

Most job lists are completed within a half day — four hours on site — or a full day of eight hours. When you request your quote we’ll tell you what’s realistically achievable in each, so you can choose before you book. If the work looks like it will run past four hours, we’ll say so before we get there.
Our pricing covers labour only; materials are charged separately, so you only pay for what your jobs actually need.

A half day is $360 for four hours on site. A full day is $640 for eight hours, which works out at $80 an hour instead of $90 — so the full day is the better rate.
If your list runs past four hours, the booking becomes a full day. We’ll let you know before we pass the four-hour mark so you can decide whether to extend or stop there — and once you’re into a full day, it’s worth using all of it.
These prices are for work during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. Materials are charged separately. After-hours, weekend and urgent work is charged at a higher rate and quoted before booking.
Either works, but a half day is the smallest booking — so it’s worth having a few jobs ready rather than one small one. Most people find there’s more on the list than they first thought.
If you’ve got a steady trickle of small jobs rather than a list, a property maintenance package is usually the better fit: scheduled visits through the year instead of one-off bookings.
