Commercial Painter Melbourne – Hi, it’s Bill from Melbourne City Painting, and here we are at Simone Pérèle lingerie manufacturer from France, in the factory outlet on Brunswick Road, Brunswick. The building has been seriously damaged by vandals who applied graffiti over a couple of years, during the COVID lockdowns, and made the place look extremely unsightly. And it wasn’t even good graffiti.
So the client asked us to come in and give the place a freshen up, at the same time helping out the signwriters by taking down the old signs, and also attending to the windows that had graffiti on them. We removed the graffiti by cleaning the glass, as well as painting the window frames.
After a couple of days, the difference is dramatic. Simone Pérèle now has a factory outlet they can be proud of, with no graffiti and it’s now very easy to maintain. If graffiti happens again, it can be repainted over with the same black color we left on site for them.
The signwriter and Melbourne City Painting worked in conjunction with the council to get permission to access the footpath. As a result, we installed traffic management and had to liaise with the electricity provider to put up tiger tails and receive a permit to work underneath the live power lines that you can see in front of the building.
The entrance has been painted white to give it a fresh look, making it more noticeable to the public. New signs were installed, and all graffiti was removed from the building. Additionally, all glass surfaces were cleaned and all doors were covered to prevent future graffiti.
We also made an arrangement with the client to address any future graffiti attacks. We will be called out and will attend to it within a few days to ensure that we stay on top of any graffiti attacks, and prevent the place from looking unsightly.
We also spray-painted the roller doors that were terribly graffitied and vandalized. That was able to address the issue of how we were going to paint effectively and efficiently. We also painted over a small patch of graffiti, color-matching the color as best as possible to the side of the building.
As a result, this place is looking really amazing. It’s something that the company can be proud of. Clients don’t have to turn up here and see all the unsightly junk when they’re looking to do their factory purchases. We’re really proud of this project, and if you’re looking for a painter in Melbourne, please call Bill on 0403-162-374. We’ll liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that we get the job done appropriately and obtain all necessary permits and permissions.
