We do both. The boards are cut out and replaced by our own team and painted by the same team, so you are not coordinating two trades or waiting for one to finish before the other can start.
How do I know how many boards need replacing?
You will not know from the ground, and neither will anyone quoting from photos. It takes someone pressing on the timber and checking behind the downpipes and under the sills. That inspection is free and takes about half an hour on a standard Fairfield frontage.
