- Sanding and removal of any flaking paint
- Filling of gaps and cracks
- Application of a masonry sealer undercoat for the painting of the brick
- Application of a metal sealer primer for the windows
- Application of two coats of exterior low sheen to all the walls and windows
- Clean up any mess created by sanding or scraping paint
