MELBOURNE'S TRUSTED PAINTERS OVER 18 YEARS

Discover How 228 Buckley Street, Essendon Finally Got Rid of its Nagging Leaks That Were Spreading Like Wildfire …

When you’re operating an older building, the last thing you want to hear is that your foundation is shaky. Unfortunately for 228 Buckley Street–an apartment complex with a 20+ year history–that’s exactly what happened.

They suddenly noticed leakage from cracks in the exterior walls that allowed rain water in. Water that then spilled into tenants’ rooms and common areas.

Obviously, this is not something that can be pushed down the line. They needed a solution, and they needed one fast. As they began to search for the right partner, a friend recommended Melbourne City Painting. Because of our track record completing these types of jobs efficiently, we were tasked with the big job: seal the building with a completely waterproof membrane.

Once again, we completed the project under budget and ahead of schedule–securing the complex from further leaks and easing the minds of both tenants and management!

But that’s not all…

Because of the project’s success, management trusted us to handle some of the other issues that they hadn’t gotten around to yet–namely the “dated” appearance of the exterior. It’s one thing to have a leak-free interior, but the exterior is the first part visitors notice. And first impressions last.

So we got to work drafting a creative painting plan that would spruce up the exterior once and for all. The result? A much more sophisticated and elegant appearance–the welcoming change needed to revitalise the building’s appeal.
